Text Pad - Text Editor - Review
Text Pad - more than just a simple Texteditor
software tool, free to evaluate, 25 $ to buy.
Text Pad is a text and html editor, a neat little tool I use amlost every day,
i.e. I use it every time I write articles, reviews, classified ads,
solo ads, jv letters and even to write my web pages.
I just donīt use it every day, because I donīt work every day - ;o) !
Text Pad is a powerful, easy to use editor that allows you to
edit even huge files and many of them at once. You can have dozens of
text files opened at the same time and easily jump from one to the other,
use a "find and replace" function to update all files at once and
a whole lot of more features.
I wonīt go into details here, the tool is available for download
at downloads.com as full working evaluation version.
If you are publishing a newsletter or write articles you should absolutely
use this tool as it also allows you to easily and safely format your texts
and gives you a detailed statistic about your documents including word count.
As said, I also use it to write html pages - this very site
"TheJungleMarketer.com" has been written with TextPad. It uses different
colors for commands, tags and text so you have a quite good overview
of your code.
Check it out for yourself, the trial doesnīt expire, but if you like the
tool you should really consider paying the few bucks.
