issue 27 - blogging tutorial update

Dear Colleague,

today´s going to be the shortest newsletter issue since the beginning of TheJungleMarketer´s internet marketing ezine.

I´ve just finished the new WordPress video tutorial today and I´m sure it was well worth the effort. All videos except one have been re-recorded and 3 more added.

I like the new WordPress. Especially the post editor has become much easier to use. And the new plugin to fight comment spam (Akismet) is a great improvement, too.

The new tutorial also contains 3 search engine optimized themes, which are very easily customizable, i.e. you can easily modify the overall layout, the font styles, the header and the sidebar templates of these themes. Of course, I have recorded two videos that show you how to change the layout and customize the header.

If you want to upgrade your existing WP blog, version 1.5.x, then I recommend you follow the steps like shown on the WordPress Codex.

But when it comes to uploading the new WP version, then you should the one that is included in the tutorial, because it´s the latest version and also has more pre-installed plugins that work and the seo themes.
